1. Introduction

Welcome to Not-An-Alarm. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our app. By accessing or using Not-An-Alarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Not-An-Alarm is an app that provides personalized AI-generated audio alarms based on user data from Google Calendar and Google Tasks. The app is currently in open beta.

3. User Accounts

To use Not-An-Alarm, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Permissions

The app requires access to your Google Calendar and Google Tasks to generate meaningful alarms. By granting these permissions, you allow Not-An-Alarm to retrieve and use your data for the purpose of creating personalized alarm messages.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Not-An-Alarm only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the app in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features of Not-An-Alarm are the property of the app developers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Not-An-Alarm, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Not-An-Alarm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will we be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of Not-An-Alarm after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
