1. Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to Not-An-Alarm. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our app. By accessing or using Not-An-Alarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Description of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Not-An-Alarm is an app that wakes you up with a spoken morning generated by AI for your day, using the sources you choose, such as the weather, Google Calendar, Google Tasks and news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. User Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can start using Not-An-Alarm without signing in; the app then creates an anonymous account for your settings. After three mornings, and to connect Google Calendar and Google Tasks or keep your settings on a new phone, you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Access to your Google Calendar and Google Tasks is optional and read-only. By connecting them, you allow Not-An-Alarm to read your events and tasks and to use them, through Google Gemini, only to create your mornings, as described in the Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. AI-generated content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your mornings are written by AI and may contain mistakes or leave things out. Check anything important, such as travel times, appointments or the weather, in its original source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Premium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Premium is a subscription sold through Google Play, at the price shown before you buy (\u20ac2.99 a month or \u20ac24.99 a year, or the local equivalent). New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. After cancelling, you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A free month of Premium from an invite, from our launch, or given by us ends on its own and is never charged. We may change what Premium includes; if a change takes something away you paid for, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. User Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You agree to use Not-An-Alarm only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
